Design Studio / Concept 002
Every world.
One epic day.
A fresh digital concept for Universal Studios Singapore that turns the excitement of the park into an experience visitors can understand, personalize and book before they ever reach the gates.

The opportunity
Let the planning feel like part of the adventure.
The current experience has an enormous amount to communicate: park hours, tickets, Express access, attractions, shows, meet and greets, themed zones, dining, offers, advisories and seasonal events. Every item matters, but not every item should compete for attention at the same moment.
This concept creates a clear progression. First, visitors feel the energy. Next, they find the worlds and experiences that fit their group. Finally, the site turns those choices into a realistic day and a confident ticket purchase.
Singapore, not somewhere
Tropical light, waterfront energy and a vivid after-dark palette give the experience a distinct sense of place instead of a generic theme park skin.
Useful at first glance
Today’s hours, weather, wait-time previews and ticket access sit near the hero, answering the most common visitor questions without slowing discovery.
One connected journey
Explore, plan and buy are designed as parts of one system. Visitor choices can move forward instead of disappearing between pages.
02 / Discovery and day planning
Build your epic day.
The park map becomes an active planning surface. Guests can filter by thrill level or experience type, see practical restrictions and wait times, then add each choice to a route organized around walking time and the natural rhythm of the day.
- Seven color-coded park zones
- Wait times and height guidance in context
- Morning, midday and night itinerary
- Route optimization with dining included

03 / Ticket selection
Make the right ticket obvious.
Ticketing shifts to a calm, bright interface where visitors can compare regular admission, Express access and VIP service in one view. Dates, quantities and Singapore dollar totals remain visible throughout, reducing uncertainty before checkout.
- Four simple purchase stages
- Regular, Express and VIP comparison
- Adult and child pricing together
- Persistent order summary and total

The design why
Wonder up front.
Clarity everywhere.
A theme park website should build anticipation, but excitement is only useful when visitors can turn it into a plan. The concept keeps the visual energy high while giving every major decision an obvious next step.
